The dry winter's wind passes though this town,
and the leaves upon the trees come fluttering down.
As we wait until the day that we can meet again,
We count the time slipping through our hands.
Within the colored leaves that had fell around me,
There was just one that started dancing around..
And within that red leaf that had blown into my palm,
It brings to me.. a story.
Having bid goodbye to their hometowns left in ruin,
They travel, running, lead in the direction of the wind.
Even though they were uneasy, there wasn't any room
for the fear of the unknown future lying ahead the two.

Keeping your hand tightly held inside of my own,
We stay close, and keep living each day.
You carry the burden of the world upon your back,
What do you plan on accomplishing with your fragile hands?
In a world like ours, even the slightest mistake might turn into your last.

Armed closely with a sword that's covered in crimson red,
I'll go along with you, like a leaf carried by the wind.

Decorated in crimson and adorned in vibrant gold,
We cut through these trees as we pass along.
Accompanied by the brittle leaves that are dry and worn,
The two wintry winds race away, the world left in their wake.
Along with these rustling leaves, together, you and me,
Are soaring together, with nature's own breathing,
We will continue ahead without ever stopping,
